About Us

DevEx Connect is a global events series, that provides industry-focused research and analysis alongside community support via Operation Uplift

We have three main goals:

  • Bring the technology community back together, in person
  • Build a thriving ecosystem of well-resourced community groups across the UK
  • Gather insight directly from the community on how to revitalise developer experience

We hope to become the leading platform connecting local communities globally and nationally, offering exceptional event experiences, and becoming a knowledge hub for developer experience best practices. 

Over the next 12 months, we’ll be launching our DevEx Connect Summits in Manchester, London, San Francisco and Sydney to bring together a community of developer experience, devops, SRE, AI & ML, and platform engineering enthusiasts together. 

This will be complemented by our Cloud Roadshow, running across Leeds, Edinburgh, Belfast and Cardiff, connecting the UK’s technology community to discuss multi-cloud transformation journeys. 

Our events will feature real-life, in-depth stories with plenty of opportunities for collaboration and an ongoing spotlight on local communities.

To support communities we have also launched Operation Uplift, our comprehensive plan to revitalise communities with an initial 200k fund and 10% of annual revenue going directly to communities. You can find more about it here.
